Currently Cooking

Cooking. Up. A. Storm.

That’s what I’ve been doing of late. And maybe it’s because I’m out in Toronto and HAVE to cook – but to be honest, I’ve really been enjoying it. Having the kitchen to myself, the freedom to try new things (knowing that the man will eat just about anything!), and the ability to be creative with my recipes (not everything taste good out of a book – improvise, improvise, improvise!). Yum.

What have I whipped up in the last week, you ask? Well, here’s a few of the items:

  • Stuffed mushrooms (my own recipe oozing with goat cheese goodness)
  • Veggie pesto pasta (with fresh basil!)
  • Thai red curry (with extra spice)
  • Banana bread (no dairy required!)
